GM workers can now dress little more freely with “Dress appropriately”
code. Some workers are sort of confused with the “Dress appropriately”
code, though. They are not sure what’s appropriately 😉
GM is changing, starting with dress code.
Until now, GM workers follow strict dress code which was handed down
from upper managements.
Now, workers have to make choice and decide, starting with dressing
for work.
This may seem like it has nothing to do with making a car, but, it does.
One must change from very basic and minor things in order to change
workers mentality and work ethics.
