Hanging Palin Mannequin is NOT illegal although it's a bad taste according to LAPD.
Home in West Hollywood displayed Palin mannequin hanging on it's outside wall
as part of Holloween decoration.
Anyone can tell it's Palin.
It was shocking enough for the Secret Service to check it out.
The community was outraged for days and homeowner finally took it down.
He must hate Palin bad enough to spent his time and money for that thing.
