Lawyer VS Homeless

Christ Church Cathedral, Houston, Texas, is being sued
by Lawyer because church is feeding homeless.

This lawyer, the church's neighbor, alleges...
The church serves free meals to homeless.
More and more homeless gather around the church.
These homeless people are public nuisance, destroying
the value of his business and property in the process.

I can understand this lawyer's concern as he also claims
that these homeless people are scaring away clients.

But, still...
