Govt owes this man $200 million

James Kil (Kyung Song Kil) claims that Government owes him $200 million

for harassment although source did not mention what kind of harassment.
I wonder what kind of harassment he got to deserve $200 million.

On the side of the van which he drove said...
"My $200 Million Dollars"

He also had sign that said "Justice".

This was one man protest which happened at 17Th St NW & K St NW (Washington DC.)
just before 2 P.M.

That's so silly.
Why would he do that?
Did he think he would get HIS $200 million, whatever the reason may be?
